Crooked Teeth

It's now easier than ever to correct crowded and misaligned teeth, clear brace systems have revolutionised people's experience of orthodontics. Back Teeth

Singing, laughing and talking - our back teeth are on show more than we might think. Strong and lifelike tooth coloured ceramics and composite resins have mainly replaced old metal materials to give beautiful aesthetics and often improve the strength of the tooth.

Broken Teeth

Composite resin is a tooth coloured material that can be applied directly onto teeth, the colour matched it can then be artistically sculpted to the correct form and then hardened giving a beautiful, life like restoration.

Mark broke his front tooth playing basketball. Dr Lee rebuilt the missing fragment of tooth by layering composite resin to match the colour, translucency and surface texture. This restoration won in FMC’s 2009 Smile Awards.

Dark Teeth

Teeth can be dark for a variety of different reasons, sometimes this can be addressed conservatively with specialised forms of tooth whitening, other times the teeth need to be covered by more aesthetic porcelain restorations.

This patient had had root canal therapy on his 2 front teeth which had lead them to become dark in colour. A special form of tooth whitening was used to return the teeth to their normal colour, this case took 3 days.

The dark teeth shown here had multiple problems that could not be solved and so required removal. An implant retained bridge was provided to fill the space and was carefully crafted to match the patient’s own teeth.
